Discussing Saudi Arabia’s growth and construction projects with Waleed Abdel-Fattah, President of the MENA Region at Hill International

Waleed Abdel-Fattah, President of the MENA Region at Hill International, joins The 966 to talk about Saudi Arabia’s building boom and Hill’s traction in KSA since entering the market to help build out what is now known as KAFD. Hill has 100 offices across 42 countries, and its main geographical areas are the US, Europe and the North Africa/Middle East region.

Hill has worked on developments like King Salman Park, Jabal Omar development in Makkah, the Riyadh Metro (Lines 4, 5 and 6), and others.

Waleed shares with The 966 hosts a little about his personal journey and his experiences working for 17 years with Hill International.

Hill also worked on the phase 1 masterplan for King Salman Park (including the sports boulevard with 160 km of bicycle track and related facilities), and has been involved in supporting NEOM for the Gulf of Aqaba region, and delivered the phase 1 of Lucid Motor’s SKD (Semi-Knock Down) facility for EVs at the King Abdallah Economic City in Jeddah.
