Saudi Arabia’s SEVEN Breaks Ground on BUJV, a $347 Million Entertainment Project in Madinah

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), has announced its construction work on BUJV, its new entertainment destination in Madina, according to a report in Construction Week Online and a press release from SEVEN. 

BUJV is a joint venture with AL BAWANI CO. LTD. and UrbaCon Trading & Contracting, who were appointed to carry out the construction and development of the project.

SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Madinah “supports the region’s strategy to improve the living conditions of people and revitalize the region’s communities, adding to the region’s unique entertainment attractions for residents and visitors to experience.”

“We are delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate once again with SEVEN on this groundbreaking project, which aims to establish an exceptional entertainment destination in the holy city of Madinah,” Fakher AlShawaf, Group CEO, Albawani Holding, said.

SEVEN’s entertainment destination in Almadinah is located next to King Fahad Central Park and is set on a development area over 100,000 square meters with a total built-up area of over 84,000 square meters.
